CloudSigma Welcomes Horizon2020 Project Participants for a General Meeting in Sofia
In June, CloudSigma was thrilled to welcome representatives from Project COLA (Cloud Orchestration at the Level of Application), an Innovation Action funded by the European Commission as part of the Horizon2020 Programme in Sofia! More than 30 representatives from the project's participating organisations gathered for a General Meeting aiming to prepare for the first European Commission review meeting of the project which will be held in Brussels in September. CloudSigma facilitated not only the event preparation, but also interesting discussions on topics such as business models and exploitation, as well as the technical development of the platform.

The American government has recently introduced the 'Clarifying Lawful Use of Overseas Data Act' (otherwise known as the CLOUD Act), serving to strengthen the case for cross-border government surveillance. We want to inform all of our clients that in line with Microsoft's recent pricing increase we are updating the prices of the MS licences across all our cloud locations worldwide. The price increase is of approximately 12%. The new license pricing will become effective in all clouds on July 20 2018. Read more to view a table with the updated price in all available currencies.
