You are receiving this notification because we have detected that one or more of your projects has GKE clusters and/or uses the Kubernetes Engine API. What do you need to know? The Network Connectivity API enables connectivity with and between Google Cloud resources. To build a foundation to help us improve the GKE cluster creation and autoscaling experience in the future, we will enable the Network Connectivity API for all projects where the Kubernetes Engine API is enabled. What do you need to do? No action is required on your part as the Network Connectivity API will be automatically enabled for projects with the Kubernetes Engine API enabled starting in July 2023. We recommend that you ensure any automation tools (e.g. Terraform) that create or manage Google Cloud projects and/or their APIs are configured to not disable the Network Connectivity API when using the Kubernetes Engine API. If the Network Connectivity API is disabled, it might cause issues related to IP management during GKE cluster creation or auto-scaling. Your following project(s) will have the Network Connectivity API enabled.
